Zippora Kuperberg

Zippora Kuperberg was a member of the Vilna ghetto resistance and a partisan fighter. In 1944, she joined the first group of organizers of the Bricha and was in charge of forging documents and Red Cross laissez-passers. Zippora was sent by Bricha headquarters in Lublin to locate a route from Ukraine and Poland to Romania. Captured by Soviet border guards, she managed to escape and return to the Bricha post in Rzeszów, Poland
